Manitoba 150th Anniversary

May 12, 1870 Manitoba Act received Royal Assent.

We became the 5^th province to enter into Confederation.

       In 1906 the Prairie Crocus was adopted as our flower

        Flag was raised May 12 1966

                Great Grey Owl was adopted as our official Bird 1987

The 150 years celebrations have been delayed to 2021 and we look forward to celebrating with the rest of Manitobans.
